Access

The organizer asks attendees to use public transport and says not to arrive by private car, motorcycle or bicycle; it also asks visitors to refrain from taxis. Its overview lists Yurikamome Tokyo Big Sight Station as a three-minute walk anchor. Your credential may have a specified reception area or entry instruction, so do not assume one station, exit or walking route works for every entry product.

Rain

The checked C108 pages set ticket cancellation and fee-refund boundaries, but they do not provide one simple visitor-facing rule for rain, typhoons or a same-day cancellation decision. Recheck the official organizer site on the day. Do not treat a ticket refund condition as a promise that the event will operate in rain or that a replacement date exists.

Crowds

This is not a relaxed drop-in event. The organizer separates entry products and reception flows, asks people not to arrive the previous night, and warns PM on-site buyers about potentially long waits. Treat crowding as a reason to choose one day and one priority area, not as a prediction of a particular queue length or a guarantee that a hall will be easier later.
