These terms explain what MyJPTrip is, what it does and does not promise, and how public content may be used.
What this site is
MyJPTrip is an independent editorial website for Japan event planning. It helps visitors compare events, routes, timing, access, and practical tradeoffs; it is not a travel agency, ticket seller, booking platform, or event organiser.
Public pages may be read without an account. The site may add, revise, archive, noindex, or remove pages when source quality, lifecycle, or trust requirements change.
How to use the information
Use MyJPTrip as a planning aid, then reopen the current organiser, venue, transport, and ticket pages before you travel. Official same-day notices override this site.
Nothing on MyJPTrip guarantees admission, seat availability, prices, queue times, weather execution, transport recovery, accessibility, comfort, safety, or event outcome.
Commercial and editorial boundary
Browsing MyJPTrip does not create a reservation, ticket purchase, agency, sponsorship, affiliate, or paid-advertising relationship.
If advertising, sponsorship, affiliate links, or complimentary access are introduced later, they will be labeled where they appear and reflected in the Affiliate Disclosure page.
Content ownership and third-party material
Unless a page says otherwise, MyJPTrip's original English and Simplified Chinese editorial copy, page structure, and in-house design belong to MyJPTrip.
Official names, organiser notices, maps, trademarks, and third-party media remain controlled by their respective owners. Reuse of those materials can require their permission or compliance with their terms.
External links and contact status
Links to organiser pages, ticketing services, Google Maps, or source-hosted media are provided for verification or planning. Once you leave MyJPTrip, the destination service's own terms, privacy, pricing, and operational rules apply.
A verified public site-domain contact method is not published yet. Until one exists, the Contact page is a status notice rather than a public reply channel.
