Hiroshima Station is an arrival-side anchor; the central peace area is a separate city-core priority. The City of Hiroshima publishes a distinct public-transport access path to the Atomic Bomb Dome, so check the current official access details before deciding your final move.
For a first visit, treat the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Park area as a learning-and-reflection priority rather than an item to rush between unrelated stops. Let your own pace and the current official details determine whether another area belongs afterwards.
Miyajima is not a Hiroshima city-core stop: the official route from Hiroshima Station includes a connection at Miyajimaguchi and a ferry. For a short stay, keep one city-core priority; a flexible or overnight plan can give a separately chosen excursion more of the plan after you recheck access.
