Visitor verdict
This is a compact survey of local creative practices rather than one themed museum show. やま本まるや presents a paper-band dollhouse; はなのあかいイヌ, 夜依ル and 西広生 show painting; 中川 葵 combines painting, masking-tape art and photography; みつぼしこどもえん ちいさなアーティスト contributes two- and three-dimensional work; and チッチ、ゆう uses analogue pencil drawing in an animation-layout style. The other sections include objects and installation by たこやき大好き, an interactive installation by 葉 芳羽／イェ ファンユー, an adult illustrated diary by すみとも ちずこ, balloon art by バルーン作家つむぎ and illustration by toshi0225. On 4 October, Tsumugi also plans a 13:30–14:00 balloon-art distribution. That short programme is part of the exhibition day, not a separate event or the exhibition’s only opening time.
